Zhuhai 4Dage Technology Co., Ltd. and its associated controlling parties (hereinafter referred to as “4DAGE” or “we”) are honored to provide you access to the 4DKanKan Pro JP of 4DAGE. Users (“users” or “you”) may upload, download and / or post 3D documents on our website, or embed extension into a third-party website via our proprietary browser program. All elements of the platform, our proprietary 3D browser technology and software are referred to as “4DAGE products and/or services” / “products and services” in this Policy and may be modified at any time at our sole discretion.

Upon acceptance of this Agreement, you agree to all of its terms and conditions, as well as any changes that may be made at any time. A change in the terms of this Agreement by 4Dage is always possible. The new terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon publication, so users should check the 4Dage App for the most recent version of the terms and conditions. Your use of the products and/or services provided by 4DAGE (including downloading, installing, launching, browsing, registering, logging in, using, etc.) represents your Policy to the terms of this Policy and allows us to collect and use your information in accordance with this Policy. In the case that you do not accept any term specified herein, you shall not use or immediately stop using 4DAGE products and/or services. The Policy is applicable to products and/or services on the 4DAGE (including relevant software, mobile applications, WeChat Mini Programs, websites or any authorized third party platforms that provide our products and/or services) (hereinafter referred to as “4DKanKan products and/or services”, “our products and/or services”, “products and/or services”). It is important for you to learn about the collection and use of your information and how you can manage such information, as the use of our products and/or services involves the handling of your information. Please read this Privacy Policy with care, as once you start to use our products and/or services, it will be deemed as that you have agreed that your information will be handled by us as according to this Privacy Policy. You agree to be bound by the Terms of Use of the products and/or services. 2.Types of Information We Collect

a.Personal information: we collect the following personal information which is relevant to 4DKanKan products and/or services: (a) your mobile phone number and message authentication code are required for the registration and creation of the 4DAGE account which enables you to use our products and enjoy basic products and/or services provided by us. Otherwise, you may not use our products and/or services. When you become a user of the 4DAGE upon registration, your basic information is required, such as your name, nickname, e-mail address, etc. If you only browse or search for products, functions and introduction of products and/or services on the official website of 4DAGE, you do not need to be a registered user nor provide the above-mentioned information; (b) we may collect payment information from your name and credit card information as required; (c) we will collect your e-mail address if you contact us via e-mail. All of such information is referred to as “personal information” in the Policy. b.Device information: we will collect information relevant to your device if you use our products and/or services on a mobile device. For example, the International Mobile Equipment Identity (“IMEI”), the Identifier For Advertising (“IDFA” and “IDFV”), the Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (“ICCID”), the media access control (“MAC”) address, device model and device resolution. This information can help us determine the number of devices using our products and/or services and carry out analysis concerning the device model data and graphical adaptation. c.Network information: when you visit our website or use our products and/or services via the network, we will collect the name of your operator and network type for understanding operators of users and network distribution. Besides, we will also collect the name and connection time of your Wi-Fi to understand the scenario in which you use the products and/or services. d.Location information: we will collect your location information, such as the country code, longitude and latitude, network location, IP address, and the nation and time zone in the system settings. Such information allows us to better understand user distribution and user use scenarios, enabling us to provide users with the correct application version and products and/or services of higher quality. Unless otherwise agreed in the Policy, we will not share such information with any third party. If you do not wish us to follow or use specific location information, you may disconnect the network of the device, disable the GPS function or the access of your network, GPS and device information by us. e.User data: the 4DKanKan products and/or services allow users to upload and submit 3D models, pictures, relevant contents, comments and other information. All the data uploaded by the user as per the user guide is referred to as “user data” in the Policy. f.Forum information: some of our websites or applications provide community forums that are open to the public. Please note that if you publish any public information on such websites or applications, any user who can log in to such websites may read, collect or use your information. If you are unable to delete your personal information from the community forum, please contact us via sales@4dage.com. We may be unable to delete your personal information under certain circumstances. If this is the case, we will inform you about the circumstance and the reason. g.Cookie: we may use various technologies to collect and store data relevant to your visits of 4DKanKan products and/or services, so that we may identify your identity when you visit our products and/or services. This way we are able to provide you with products and/or services of higher quality and faster speed based on data analysis. This includes identifying your identity via a small data file, which enables us to know your using habit, saves you from entering the account information again or helps you to determine the safety status of your account. Such data file may include the Cookie, the Flash Cookie or other local information provided by your browser or affiliate applications (generally referred to as the “Cookie”). We will use online tracking technologies (including Cookie and web beacons) together with providers of third-party products and/or services, to operate products and/or services more effectively and collect data relevant to the use of products and/or services. 3.How We Use the Collected Information

a.Personal information: additional information provided by you concerning 4DKanKan products and/or services may be supplemented to your personal information; we will regard such additional information as your personal information if such information is relevant to you. We may send informative-, service-, and/or marketing materials relevant to products and/or services of 4DAGE to your e-mail address. We may also use the personal information for the internal operation of products and/or services, the development of products and general management. b.Device information: such information is used for products and/or services pushed by the platform which aim to evaluate software updates and push notices on new product releases. You may disable the function at any time by changing the preferences in the “user settings”. c.Network information and location information: we or providers of third-party products and/or services may use the network information and/or location information to provide you with the correct version of products and/or services and a better user experience based on an accurate location. d.User data: we collect and temporarily store user data to provide you with products and/or services as well as to develop, assign, provide, improve, market and promote products and/or services. e.Forum data: we collect forum data to provide you a convenient use of the forum function. Upon your approval, personal information relevant to the forum or community platform may be presented on the personal information page, used to interact with other users and publish information, etc. f.Cookie: we use Web tracking information to manage products and/or services, understand the operation of our products and/or services, store preferences of users and develop statistics relevant to the use of products and/or services. This contributes to the improvement of our products and/or services, the personalization of your user experience and an overall evaluation.. 4.Types of Information We Disclose to Third Parties

Personal information and user data: we will not share or disclose your personal information or user data to any third party, except in the following cases: a.The government, public authorities, regulators, judicial organs, law enforcement agencies or organs: we shall comply with applicable laws or regulations, court orders, summons or other proceedings, or otherwise a legal basis which requires us to respond to data requests by such entities; besides, the requesting entity shall have effective jurisdiction to obtain your personal information. b.Third-party contractors (“contractor”) which provide products and/or services on behalf of us, for example, contractors who carry out marketing, analyze the data and use of products and/or services, host or operate products and/or services, support and maintain products and/or services, or provide customer products and/or services. We execute Agreements with all the contractors, requiring them to provide products and/or services only based on the personal information they collected. c.When we obtain your consent to share such information. We are not liable for acts or omissions of telecom operators. E-mail communication: if you registered and filled in your e-mail address, we will send you management and promotion e-mails. If you wish to disable promotion e-mails, you may follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in the e-mail or change the account settings. All users will receive management e-mails, you cannot be unsubscribed from them if you remain a registered user. Legal exceptions: notwithstanding any contradictory provision of the Policy, if we believe it is reasonably required by laws, regulations or legal requirements, we may retain or disclose your information to protect the safety of any person, solve fraud, security- or technical issues, or protect our rights or properties. 5.How We Protect Your Information

We will take a variety of precautions to protect your personal information from being lost, misappropriated, misused or being subject to unauthorized access, disclosure, change or destruction. In order to ensure the security of your personal information, we have developed strict information security regulations and procedures, and established a special information security team which will strictly implement the above-mentioned measures in the Company. 4Dage Co., Ltd. has an industry-leading data security management system which targets data and focuses on the data life cycle, so the Company can realize multi-dimensional improvement of the security of the overall system, such as organizational development, system design, personnel management and product technologies. Currently, our key information system has passed the standard certification of relevant information security management system, the protection and management system certification of relevant public cloud personal identity information (PII), the audit report of relevant products and/or services (audit based on the three principles of security, confidentiality and privacy) and the three-level assessment and certification of network security protection.<\br> We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information and to retain your personal information only for the period necessary for the purposes set out in the Policy and within the time limits required by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will, as required by laws and regulations, promptly (no later than 30 days) inform you of the basic conditions and possible impact of such security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, our advice for you on self-defense and risk reduction, and remedies for you. We will inform you of the incident-related situation by e-mail, letter, phone call and push notification. If it is difficult to notify subjects of the personal information one by one, we will issue an announcement in a reasonable and effective way. In addition, we will report and publish the processing of personal information security incidents as required by regulatory authorities.

6.How do you delete an App account?

The user can remove their account by navigating to [I-My Account-Delete Account] and selecting [Apply for Cancellation of Account] under the account cancellation criteria; we will delete your account after receiving your cancellation Request and validating your identity. It will be processed as quickly as feasible, typically within 15 business days. After the account is deleted, your personal information will be erased from the 4DKanKan system, with the exception of the personal information that we must maintain by law (such as your payments history-related information in 4DKanKan).

7.Privacy Settings / Decision to Withdraw

If you want to modify any user personal data, delete your e-mail address from our promotion e-mail list, or cancel your account, you may update your personal data in the settings or contact our support team.

The deletion of your e-mail address from our e-mail list or database will not delete the user data you submitted to us or previous records of using 4DKanKan products and/or services, nor will it delete the information stored in our data back-up and archiving. User data will be maintained and/or deleted during our daily business, including submitted user data, previous inquiry data and the data stored in the data back-up and archiving.

4DAGE will not provide copies of user data to the customer.

8.General Terms

Security: we take reasonable security precautions as per the Policy and applicable laws to protect the security and integrity of your personal information. However, as no Internet transmission is completely secure, we cannot guarantee that there is no security vulnerability. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for the behavior of hackers and other unauthorized third parties who violate our security procedures.

Links: 4DKanKan products and/or services may include links to other websites and products and/or services, including the payment of products and/or services. We are not liable for the privacy conventions or contents of such websites and you should read the Privacy Policy for every third-party website you visited. The Policy only applies to the information collected by 4DKanKan products and/or services.

Revision: we will revise the Policy from time to time. The latest version of the Policy will govern our use of your information and can always be found on www.4dkankan.com. If we believe we have made a material modification of the Policy, we will notify you via 4DKanKan products and/or services or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account. Upon the validation of the change, users who continue to visit or use products and/or services will be deeded as have accepted to be bound by the revised policy.

Minor Clause: Before using 4Dage's products and/or services, minors (under the age of 18) should carefully read this policy and the relevant Agreement for 4Dage's products and/or services under the supervision of their parents or other legal guardians. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information about minors on purpose. By default, we assume that anyone who provides us with personal information through 4Dage's products and/or services is at least 18 years old. If you have reason to believe that a minor has provided us with personally identifiable information and you would like this information deleted from our database, please contact us immediately and we will use our best efforts to comply with your request.

Extension of the Application Scope: All of our products and/or services are subject to this policy adjustment.
